The main modular construction of GX-650A is designed by one  master plant  (automatic gluer model GX-650A) and processing device (square corner wraper model GX-H4),laminating can be done to create products such as the the office file ,ring binders ,album covers ,book covers,p.o.p.displays ,puaale and calendars etc.

By adding the modular options in line,such as corner sticking machine model GX-S1,outer turning machine model GX-T4,inner turning finisher Model GX-T2,produces variety gift-box,hard-box and high quality of hard cover,the proprietor dispatches the capital to purchase the master plant in advanced ,gradually becoming in-line processing after having pofit.

1.Square corner wrapper

♦ after registration of substrate to the glued sheet ,edges turning and laminating is divided  into three procedures.

♦ first stage ,edge turning of 2 -sides by folding belts,and then aminating occurs by preloaded compression rollers.

♦ second stage ,pneumatic stop pushes front edge tofold and laminate rear edge.

♦ third stage ,pneumatic stop pushes front edge to fold and laminate rear edge .features include easy -to -remove teflon  covered rolls.

♦ it's rugged ,maintenance -free construction provides forquick srt-up and good product visibility .it is easily remove when not in use .

2.Application gluer

♦   Easily adjustable glue rolls apply an optimum coating of glue over the full surface of the sheet and prevent paper from cumple .

♦   The circulating glue-system with the glue viscosity control pump assures uniform glue consistency ,which ensures the uniformity during hot humid weather .

3.Atomatic feeder

 ♦  Single-sheet feeding with front edge suction conveying ,suitable for long-narrow sheet.

 ♦  Various sheet sizes are available from Max.650*1150 mm to Min.50*120 mm.

 ♦  Adopt pneumatic suction system ,noiseless and easy maintenance,to avoid vacuum pump problem.

 ♦ Magnetic side stops are flexible and steady for paper pile . the sheets are conveyed  straight-thru by pressure system.
